EcoCounts is looking for people in the local community in Islington, Hackney, Haringey, Camden, Westminster and the City to take an active part in the group, to work with us at EcoCounts to each establish the first EcoCounts Group.

Are you always on the look-out for practical, achievable ways to combat the climate crisis and the other environmental and sustainability issues we face?

The EcoCounts group wants to grow to 50 people but to aid communication between us all, we are creating little teams of closer-knit participants who share common interests or locations. You could join an existing team, or be the one who brings 5 people together to work with us on this.

We'll help you from the start with ideas, motivation and feedback and you can help us the same way as we identify how to forge an active, sustainable, climate-friendly community here in North London.

Please send us a message at contact@ecocounts.community

Hi there, I think I could find enough friends to form a group of 5. It would be great to know what is the best things we could do, and to be able to measure the impact. Could you let me know what is the next step/ send me some info? Thank you, Caroline

That would be fantastic. We've started putting stuff together that you might have seen already but essentially we have to start planning out what we can do and what we can't, and keeping track of it too, so at this point it's mostly down to the individuals to say "yes no worries" or "no way". Plus we need to set up the best communication channel, whether it's here or instant messaging, whether it's monthly, weekly, daily etc. Anyway, I'll email you first.
