Meeting at Oak N4 bar Monday Jan 31st 7:30pm

Hi All,
we are meeting up at the Oak N4 bar on Wells Terrace at 7:30pm.

Dogs are welcome! The bar has a resident dog, Kate will be bringing her new Guidedogs puppy, and Caroline will have her dog in tow as well.

I shall be bringing my canine carbon calculator. 😀

Couple of other admin things to consider:

we need insurance
safeguarding for working with vulnerable / young peopled

Just sending a recap of what we talked about last night for Hugh's sake.

The subject was religion and concentrated on what topics a group of St Luke's church-goers would benefit from for Lent. We'll have six 1-hour sessions and I've just realised (been told) that I won't be here for the last two sessions during the Easter holidays because I'm going to Berlin. I will have to zoom in, hopefully that will work - unless one of you volunteers to join the course and take the last two sessions yourself?

We also spoke briefly about insurance - we will need both public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance. Hopefully both come cheap.
