A key service for anyone who wants to reduce their carbon is to provide them with somewhere they can check what they are 'spending' so locating this information is fundamental.
Others in the family have signed up for the Zoe programme to assess the workings of their gut. Once the tests have been run Zoe provides an app which allows the users to scan pretty much any food product to get a rating of whether it is good bad or indifferent for that particular individual.
Zoe is obviously working with a vastly bigger financial backing as well as a lead academic with a high profile, which helps, but ultimately to get take-up, an equivalent will be what is needed for carbon. Without that it will be difficult to provide meaningful support to those who might like to get involved.
